Hello everyone! I am so so so sorry for the inactivity ;n;

Recently I joined the comic-making team Gashu Group, and because of their submission rules, the whole of Chapter 2 has to be drafted and approved before I can start making and uploading it. This makes sense and prevents mistakes but takes more time, so you'll have to be patient with me ^^;

This is a promo poster I made back in January for Non Repro Magazine's J-Cult anthology - this is definitely the most challenging digital piece I've ever done, and I remember having a hell of a lot of fun with it. It also features two new characters, who will be introduced in the next chapter - so keep a look out for them!

If you want to stay up to date with the comic and get some previews, please come and say hello at or

I love you guys, thank you all for following I.Wish this far. I hope you continue to enjoy it!

@shreego: Thanks! I'm glad you like his design, it's a personal favourite of mine, and I love steampunk ^^

Kinda odd submission rules tbh (unless you're now collaborating with others?), but looking forward to seeing more comics from you! :D

@Ushiocomics: The idea is that I do the draft version of the whole chapter and send it to them so that other artists can proof-read and critique it, and then when I get given the go-ahead I can start actually producing the final thing. I guess it's to save time in the long run - it's much easier to fix mistakes at the beginning.

It's not what I'm used to - with the first chapter, I kind of did it as I went along, but I think this method certainly has its benefits. Hopefully it'll all be worth it in the end!

@JammyScribbler: Just so long as they don't try and change the story you want to tell. ;-) Good you have a plan though - go for it! :D

@Ushiocomics: I don't think it'll be anything as extreme as that (I really hope not, that would break my heart!) it's more likely to be things like making sure the reading order makes sense and panels are the right size etc.

No problems. The comic-making team sounds like an excellent idea and great experience. Hang in there :)
